We will eat healthy vegetarian meals, that are inspired by yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda. Local, fresh & organic ingredients will be used to prepare dishes like

• Kitcharee (Ayurveda’s healing meal) with chutney and fresh herbs

• Snacks: dates, nuts, fruit, jerky & chocolate
